To request a refund, please contact us. In your message you should explain what the problem was and why you want to return the license. Include your order number, name and e-mail address. The order number can be found in the order confirmation e-mail.
Once your refund request is approved, normally it will take 3~7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Note that the purchased license will be disabled as long as a refund is issued. In such case, you must completely uninstall and remove the software from the computer you've installed the software to.
